We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our exceptional team.
The Role: We are looking for a dynamic MFL Teacher who can inspire and engage students through high-quality language instruction.
The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning languages, and committed to providing a stimulating educational experience that enhances students' language skills and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential in language acquisition.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of the MFL curriculum.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in language education.
Promote cultural awareness and appreciation within the curriculum.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or a related subject.
Experience teaching MFL at secondary level is preferred.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for languages and a commitment to student success.
Desirable: Experience in teaching multiple languages.
Ability to organise and lead extracurricular language activities and events.
Experience in using technology to enhance language learning.
