About the Role Our client, a successful and multicultural primary school rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced Year 5 teacher to join their team.

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Promote good behaviour, manage classrooms effectively, and ensure pupil wellbeing.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
