Job Title: Primary Tutor Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to primary aged children Develop and implement educational plans tailored to each student's needs Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate with parents and teachers regarding students' progress Required Qualifications: Experience working with primary aged children Demonstrated SEN experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of primary education curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Organisational and time management skills Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours, primarily during after-school hours or weekends.
The tutor may need to travel to students' homes or provide online tutoring services.
