You will need:
Passion and enthusiasm to shape the next generation.
An interest in a career working with children or young adults.
Degree (possibly psychology) - 2:2 or above.
Have high expectations of teaching and learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff.
Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
Helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Supporting pupils in social and emotional well-being.
Ensuring all pupils feel valued and included in the classroom.
