Job Description Class Act Teaching Services are currently looking for a History Teacher in to work in a Secondary School in Didcot.
This History Teacher role is full time starting in January 2025 and continues for one academic term.
The role will involve planning, marking and reporting; the school are looking for an experienced teacher for this role.

History Teacher Role: \n Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 History curriculum \n Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources \n Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school \n Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback \n Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons \n Compliance with the schools' policies and the reliable implementation of these \n History Teacher Requirements: \n Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School \n Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a History Teacher or Humanities Teacher in a Secondary School \n Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management \n A relevant History related degree is desirable.
