About the Role: Graduate teaching roles offer a unique opportunity to support students' academic, social and emotional development.
Working alongside experienced educators, you will play a pivotal role in helping pupils achieve their potential while honing your teaching skills.
Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, ensuring their progress in core subjects.
Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Contribute to lesson planning, preparation and classroom management.
Encourage and mentor pupils to build confidence in their abilities.
Requirements: A degree in any discipline (education-related fields are advantageous but not essential).
A genuine interest in education and a passion for inspiring young minds.
Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude towards working with children.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
