Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is incredibly supportive , and you'll be joining an amazing team of dedicated staff who work together to ensure every child flourishes.
The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to be part of a school that truly cares about its pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences Helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5 Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic development Assisting with activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and personal development Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Early Years education Previous experience in an Early Years setting is desirable but not essential A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a friendly and dynamic environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years education (or willingness to work towards one) Why Join Us?
