Workplace Investigations Specialist - Hr

Role: Senior Workplace Investigations Consultant Location: Aldermaston (up to 3 days on-site per week) Top Essential Requirements: • Experience in workplace investigations
• Broad exposure to various investigation types
Other Requirements: • Knowledge/experience in handling cases like bullying, harassment, and discrimination
• Planning, documenting, and delivering investigation results
• Building strong relationships, particularly with ER teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient under challenging circumstances
Desirable: • Police or corporate investigations background
• Public sector experience (optional but beneficial)
• Experience managing investigations end-to-end, including report writing and attending hearings
• Ability to deliver high-quality HR services and foster continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct/supervise management investigations and ensure timely, unbiased conclusions
• Develop and maintain an investigation toolkit, training package, and monitoring tools
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
• Maintain case trackers, analyse data for trends, and recommend improvements
• Handle HR/investigation-related documentation in compliance with data privacy regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and internal policies
