The Role
The successful candidate will:
Manage their own caseload of corporate matters with autonomy.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on more complex and high-value transactions, ensuring opportunities for continued development.
Work closely with the firm's Business Team, comprising corporate, commercial, and employment specialists, to provide integrated solutions for clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE in corporate law.
Demonstrate strong technical expertise and a track record of managing a variety of corporate matters.
Possess excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
Be proactive, team-oriented, and an effective communicator.
