Workforce / People Advisory Director - Oil & Gas - Consulting Our client, a management consulting firm are seeking a dynamic Director professional to lead Oil & Gas / Utilities initiatives across the consulting group.
This is a key senior position aimed at driving growth and increasing revenue, supported by strategic investment from the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales-oriented mentality and consulting experience, with a focus on workforce/organisation/change management, capability development, and transformation management aligned to Oil & Gas, such as BP or Shell Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Focus on account leadership, business expansion, and solution delivery within the Oil & Gas sector, creating long-term success for clients.
Strategic Growth: Identify and nurture new engagement opportunities, developing targeted account strategies for new client acquisition and grow of exisiting client accounts.
Creative Solutions: Leverage unique perspectives to tackle complex client challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Relationship Management: Build authentic relationships with clients' executive teams to manage overall partnerships effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead consultants on projects, serving as a formal career coach and fostering high-performing teams.
Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Workforce / Change AND Oil & Gas Sector through professional networking and community engagement.
What You Will Need: Proven management consulting experience, particularly within Oil & Gas Sector.
Proven management consulting experience from the likes of Big 4 or similar notable consulting firms.
Proven domain capability experience within workforce/people advisory/organisation change/target operating model/change management is a key requirement.
Demonstrated success in driving client account growth and business expansion.
Experience in proposal development and effectively selling business solutions.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaboration.
A creative problem-solver capable of designing effective solutions to complex challenges.
