We are looking for talented recruitment consultants to join our growing office in Hammersmith.
Your role Commercial Build and develop a client portfolio targeting and identifying key contacts at prospective companies through telephone prospecting mailing and networking.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Sourcing & Recruitment Develop a strong understanding of your market in the UK.
Understand the business expectations and culture of each clients company.
Write job offers and post them on the companys website as well as various job boards.
Source candidates via job boards and social networks.

Requirements Requirements: Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or B2B sales executive.
Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation ss.
Familiarity with relevant sourcing tools and software.
A resultsdriven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
