Prevent disputes and litigation / Defend the interest of TotalEnergies in the event of disputes or litigation (threatened or actual) Additional Legal Support Maintain effective contact with the headquarters.
Select and manage external legal support in Abu Dhabi as required Maintain Legal Databases Stay informed on new laws and regulations affecting the Company's operations, influence where possible, and alert/advise relevant departments of new developments Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Title Documents Database Maintain Corporate Information database Legal Team Management Plan and follow the activities of the department Take the lead in the creation of a cohesive and effective team HSE, Ethics & Compliance Act as the Ethics Officer of TotalEnergies in the UAE.
Ensure compliance with corporate and local policies, rules, codes, and instructions (such as HSE policy, Code of Conduct, Security Rules) Context and Environment Senior member of TotalEnergies UAE Management Team Provides all legal assistance to all of the TEPUAE Non-Operated Assets (ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC LNG, ADNOC Gas Processing, Dolphin Energy Limited, NGSCO) Provides legal assistance to other TotalEnergies affiliates in the UAE (TEMME, TotalEnergies Lubricants, TotalEnergies Solar, TotalEnergies EP Yemen) Corporate entities — Approximately 30 corporate companies including French and Netherlands registered companies Ethics Officer for all the affiliates of TotalEnergies in the UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr
