Position: Associate - Corporate Practice Location: Singapore Overview: Our client is looking for an junior to mid-level Associate to join their corporate team in Singapore.
This team is known for handling some of the most complex and high-profile M&A transactions worldwide.
Requirements: 1-3PQE with a common law qualification.
Proven experience in Private Equity and M&A.
Ability to lead transactions and manage multiple work streams effectively.
Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous
