An award-winning luxury brand is looking for a positive and experienced Trade Sales Consultant with a passion for homewares & interiors to join their sales team.
As a key team member of this prestigious brand, you will use your first-class communication and people skills to deliver the best possible service to their trade customers.
Working with a range of clients including interior designers and architects, you will provide product suggestions and recommendations and assist them with custom & made-to-order inquiries to maximize sales and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:Building and maintaining strong and genuine relationships with potential and existing clientsThoroughly understanding clients' needs and upwardly servicing wherever possibleIssuing quotes and tracking their progress accuratelyProcessing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accuratelyEnsuring all bespoke orders are processed with attention to detailCollaborating with the studio's design team to interpret and project manage custom inquiries and commissionsWorking closely with our roster of makers and workshops to track productionMonitoring the progress of live orders throughout the production processCollaborating with the procurement and delivery team to communicate and action any special requirementsParticipating in client outreach to communicate new launchesWorking collaboratively to reach monthly and quarterly targetsManaging ongoing care of the sales database and ensuring record accuracyManning the shop floorSkills Required:Trade sales experience working for a high-end, service-focused brandExperience within the furniture industry or working directly with interior designers is a plusSome experience working in a showroom would be idealArticulate and a strong communicator, happy to engage in conversationsExcellent command of written and spoken English, both face-to-face and via phone and emailNumerate and accurate, with an aptitude for IT and systems; CRM experience is an advantageA team player with a positive outlook who works using initiativeA bright, warm, proactive individual, happy to help out and adaptable
