In this position, the Trade Mark Solicitor will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the full spectrum of trade mark issues, including prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities: Advise clients on trade mark prosecution, enforcement, and protection strategies Management and conduct of contentious Registry actions at the UK and EU IPOs, and management of overseas actions Supervision of trade mark paralegals and junior team members Negotiating and drafting co-existence and settlement agreements Brand clearance, protection and maintenance; and the provision of strategic advice regarding the same Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in trade mark law ideally with 6-10 years PQE Strong knowledge of UK and European trade mark law and procedures Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle high-value portfolios Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to work effectively in a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
