Salary: £27,600 per annum plus bonus OTE £30k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Bow.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing both inbound and outbound sales activities while providing exceptional customer service.
You will also assist on the trade counter as needed and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently through to dispatch.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer SupportHandle incoming and outgoing sales calls, providing product information and assistance to customers.Proactively identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.Order ManagementAccurately process customer orders over the phone and via email.Raise and manage orders, ensuring they are processed through to dispatch in a timely manner.Price orders and check the availability of items to meet customer expectations.Trade Counter SupportAssist customers at the trade counter when required, offering advice and solutions.Attention to DetailEnsure all orders are priced correctly, stock availability is verified, and customer requirements are met without errors.Collaboration and FlexibilityWork closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.Provide support across departments as necessary to meet business needs. Key RequirementsSkills and ExperienceProven experience in an internal sales role or similar customer-focused position.Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Technical CompetenciesFamiliarity with order management systems or CRM software is advantageous.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Personal AttributesA team player with a positive and professional attitude.Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.Flexible to support other areas of the business when required.
