The Sunday Chapter - a boutique Influencer/ Creator and Talent Agency - are hiring a Talent Manager .
The Sunday Chapter represent influencers such as Stylists and Tastemakers Monikh Dale, Sarah Corbett-Winder and Jessie Bush; Advocates The London Chatter/ Kelly Eastwood and Andrea Cheong; and Actors Nikkita Chadha, Sean Sagar, Herman Tommeraas and Ramzan Miah (to name a few).
We are an agency dedicated to talent using their Influence For Good , and are looking for a Talent Manager to come in, grow the roster, bring in projects for the talent and meet monthly targets, and make the role their own.
This role is a manager level and requires the applicant to come with a roster of clients (brands) and understanding of the industry.
Must have worked in the talent industry for minimum 3 years (e.g.
in roles such as junior talent agent/manager or talent coordinator) and have a strong understanding of the digital & VIP talent landscape LOCATION – Hybrid: WFH 2 days a week, and 3 days London at either WeWorks or SohoWorks RESPONSBILITIES Manage a portfolio of talent Seek and secure commercial opportunities across the entire roster (proactive) Negotiate contracts and collaborations on behalf of talent, ensuring all agreements are in the best interest of the talent and agency.
Managing talent campaigns from start to finish and ensuring all deliverables are met in timely fashion) Support of the Talent Director, Accounts Team and managing Talent Assistant (with the Talent Director) Working closely with talent to create long-term strategy plans for growth and development of their career.
Handle administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining databases of contacts, sending invoices, contracts, social media contribution for the company, sometimes helping talent to shoot content, creative ideation, being on set for shoots / campaigns, admin and more.
Financial and strategic forecast for roster and ensure that forecast/ Monthly targets are met Pitching ideas to brands, and sourcing work for talent (proactive) Responding to brand request quickly and efficiently (reactive) Identify new business development opportunities including partnerships casting Identify and sign high revenue talent and inspire the team to do the same.
Call-ins (for events + dressing and liaising with brands for returns) and arranging gifting for talent adhoc.
Event attendance required occasionally at events – within London and Internationally – during and outside of business hours.
Staying on top of social media trends + platforms ACCOUNTABILITY: Driving roster revenue to target Tracking Retaining talent Driving revenue from new opportunities Best behaviour at events to ensure talent are snapped for press and connected to new clients SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Hold strong existing relationships with clients/brands Articulate and clear communication whether in person, by phone or by email You will work in a fast paced environment and an ever-evolving media landscape, meaning no two days are ever the same.

Stay on top of industry developments and share insights with the wider team that may affect the business or talent.
The ability to negotiate small and large, complex commercial partnerships for talent across brands, publishing, licensing, mobile, live, and other relevant industries.
The ability to develop key relationships on behalf of each talent whether that be with a brand marketeer, a publication, or a platform.
Able to handle any serious crisis management for talent alongside key stakeholders i.e.
senior management.
