Job Title: Talent Coordinator Location: London, UK (Mostly remote) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 About the Role: Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Talent Coordinator to support the management and development of influencers and TV personalities within their agency.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and entertainment industry.
The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of talent schedules, contracts, campaigns, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support for a roster of influencers and TV personalities Coordinate talent schedules, including appearances, shoots, events, and brand collaborations Coordinate logistics for talent's involvement in campaigns, including content creation, press appearances, and event participation Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon Maintain accurate records of talent's bookings, contracts, and invoicing Organize and attend key talent events, TV shoots, brand launches, and influencer activations Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in talent management Knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and the legal aspects of talent management Experience working with TV personalities, celebrities, or influencers Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the entertainment industry.
