You will join our committed and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team to introduce the highest quality talent in the life sciences industry that are a perfect fit for our team and culture. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process.
This individual will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organisation.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential functions: Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment requirements and process.
Review resumes/applications to identify qualified candidates.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking and talent pools.
Conduct initial pre-screening conversations with selected candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers, via our Recruitment Coordinators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), SmartRecruiters.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure a positive stakeholder experience by providing insights and partnership during the hiring process.

Focus on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, e.g.
using Textio platform for all advertising, and promoting vacancies via social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects to improve our offering to LGC e.g.
systems and processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders.
Qualifications 3-5 years commercial experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or other HR databases, SmartRecruiters would be advantageous.
Understanding of basic HR/Recruitment policies and procedures.
Demonstrable commercial experience in direct search/headhunting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
