We invite you to join us at our children's home in Leighton Buzzard, where you will work with four wonderful young people aged 12 to 19.

These young individuals thrive on outdoor adventures, trips to the cinema, and exploring new places.
Are you ready to help them develop essential life skills and enhance their independence as they transition into adulthood?
Meet Our Amazing Young People: David loves planning fun outings, discovering new places, and has a flair for shopping and painting nails.
Andy is eager for independence, enjoys bowling, and is excited to learn new skills.
Rebecca is full of affection and would love to spend time with you at the trampoline park or local parks, always on the lookout for new experiences.
Holly seeks guidance to achieve her personal goals and dreams, valuing your support.
We are looking for compassionate and proactive individuals who can adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively within a dedicated team.
We believe in fostering a space where everyone feels safe and in control, and we value the importance of friends, family, and neighborhoods.
Important Requirement: You must hold a clean, full UK manual driving licence, as you will be responsible for driving the service vehicles.

Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development.
We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
But it doesn't stop there - throughout your career with us you will have access to our own dedicated in house Learning and Development team, Quality Specialists and HR Teams.
These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities - all free of charge.
