Support Coordinator

Details of the offer

We are recruiting a Support Coordinator for our Floating Support Service in Gateshead that provides outcome-focused care and support to individuals who are at risk of homelessness and in need of housing related provision.
You will be an active part in supporting individuals with complex needs and requirements, helping them access facilities to find and maintain tenancies in the local community.
