A bit about the job: Make day-to-day underwriting decisions within guidelines and agreed authority limits, crafting multifaceted underwriting solutions Communicate effectively and manage intermediary relationships Develop sustainable relationships to support new business growth and understand relevant Broker markets Identify and act on opportunities for service and operational improvements, sharing ideas with peers Ensure compliance with our governance frameworks and organisational risk policies Skills and Experience we're looking for: Proven experience managing your own underwriting caseloads within a regulatory environment, adhering to due process and authority limits Expertise in complex, commercial development risks preferably with some Rights to Light experience (Title to Shares and European Title knowledge is a plus) Strong product knowledge, market awareness, and networking presence in the Title Insurance sector Keen attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex information and extract relevant facts Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues and influence key contacts in the marketplace What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
