What will you be doing?
Blink is entering an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for someone to join our small but mighty People & Talent team to help us find and hire the best talent, provide excellent candidate experience, and build strong employer branding.
Responsibilities include: Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Otta, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Conducting phone screens with candidates to initially assess fit and sell the opportunity at Blink. Support a positive candidate experience by being the main point of contact for candidates and delivering timely and professional interactions.
Manage end to end coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews across different time zones, progressing candidates through pipelines and collating feedback from managers following interviews. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Support hiring managers with designing effective recruitment processes, drafting accurate job descriptions and expanding networks to find suitable candidates.
Requirements About You We're looking for someone who wants to develop quickly in a fast-growing company.
The successful candidate will be resourceful and a fast learner with the ability to easily connect with great candidates.
You'll be proactive in sourcing candidates creatively and ultimately help facilitate Blink's growth through excellent hiring.
1-2 year(s) of experience in a talent or people role, with a track record of sourcing exceptional candidates Experience working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be an individual who works unusually quickly with high intensity You're probably the type of person who gets frustrated when others move slowly You'll be creative in continuously devising new techniques to find and attract candidates to take an initial conversation with you You'll be passionate and persuasive when talking to candidates, building rapport and trust A world class operator, you'll have excellent attention to detail in order to delivery a fantastic candidate experience You are resourceful; finding new ways to automate work, new ways to contact candidates You have multiple examples of high impact- this could be at work, in your academics or in other pursuits such as sport or the arts.
You are comfortable in ambiguity, able to operate without every single step mapped out.
