The contribution the team makes helps shape Laing O'Rourke's teams by creating competitive packages for our existing and future employees.The position focuses on job evaluation but will also see you working on all areas such as salary benchmarking and benefits management.Can you provide informed advice to complex Reward queries?

Then check out some duties below.What will you be doing?Assists with participation of salary surveys and pay benchmarking, taking responsibility for job sizing, job matching and survey submissions.Develop and maintain relationships with benefit account managers working with them to ensure uptake of benefits.Supports with the annual benefit review taking ownership of renewal and on-going communication and benefit information documents.Supports in the successful delivery of the annual salary review, as well as any out of cycle processes and programme increases.Provide support to the Reward Manager & Head of Reward with the implementation of reward strategy, policy and practice taking ownership of Reward projects.Provide informed advice to internal stakeholders on UK global mobility-based requirements.Develops and maintains relationships and influences peers within the relevant areas across LOR.Keep abreast with Reward best practice/market/statutory developments and considers the impact these will have on existing policies/practices.Essential Technical CapabilitiesExperience with an analytical job evaluation system.Advanced understanding of Microsoft ExcelComfortable drafting documents in Word and PowerPointDesirable capabilitiesGood awareness of GDPR requirementsKnowledge of global mobility requirements desirable.Experience of common employee benefitsIf you have the ability to communicate well, are self motivated with good organisational skills then this could be the job for you.Are you creative minded and present yourself in a professional, approachable manor?
