Position Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant , you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for their clients.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
You must be proactive at seeking out new business opportunities, happy to get on the phones and you are a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The existing team is currently of different levels of seniority and has a clear route for progression if you wish to become a 360 biller, focus on purely business development or develop into a team leader.
There are roles to work on from day 1 to get you up and running quickly, however you will be expected to be competent at business development and winning your own clients.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within your niche.
Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews with candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
