Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an award-winning, privately-owned developer, delivering a variety of houses and apartments across London and the Southeast.
We are working with a long-standing Commercial Director to strengthen their team at SQS level and to support the delivery of affordable housing.
You will ideally be professionally qualified and offer 5+ years' experience within the contracting residential sector and be able to show extensive experience of JCT contracts as well as the ability to negotiate contracts/conditions.
