Maintenance Plumber  – FM Service Provider - Chesterford  - Immediate Start An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Chesterford.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building near Chesterford.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work / contract details Monday - Friday , 8am - 5pm £23p/h Starting immediately  Temp to perm Salary offered up to £42k Parking available on site  Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer skills Need to be able to travel back home after finishing at 00:00am  Mechanical duties: Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls) Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing Water pressurization units Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling Steam Plant Condensers, Condenser Returns Cooling towers Softeners Humidifiers Hydraulics Pneumatics Boilers – re-sets Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults Please reply with a recent copy of your CV to ******
