Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager; this is working on site x3/4 days a week in Knutsford, Cheshire.
You must have experience ideally in the food manufacturing industry, if not, then one of; Warehouse Management systems, Supply Chain, Distribution or Logistics.
Previous experience/skill set: Experience with multiple Large Scale Projects / Multiple End to End Projects.
Experience with projects with budgets from £0.5m-£3m and multiple projects running concurrently.
Prince 2 Practitioner / PMP / APM / PMI certified.
Experience in ideally food manufacturing sector / warehouse management systems / supply chain / distribution or logistics.
Comfortable within high pressure environments and working with difficult stakeholders.
Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, communication style and team working including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to deal with people in a sensitive, professional manner.
Must hold a valid clean full UK driving licence.
Ability to collaborate for the successful delivery of milestones.
Excellent organisational skills, including delegating and monitoring progress of teams against organisational goals.
Proven ability to work effectively with external agencies in a matrix report environment.
Demonstrable project management experience.
Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
Confident in working with different external IT consultants, and a wide range of people from across other businesses.
Commercially astute.
Client service orientation with experience of dealing with difficult situations, developing others, team leadership, teamwork, and cooperation.
Creative thinking, discipline, analytical, research skills, and evaluating.
