Contract Project Manager 12 Months (Initially)£450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)CheshireiO Associates has partnered with a global packaging client in the recruitment two Project Managers/Engineers, to deliver capital expenditure projects.The role responsibilities include:Development of requirement specifications in collaboration with other teams such as Operations.Use specialist knowledge to deliver capex projects to correct technical specification.Development of cost estimates and project schedules.Managing efficient spend for capex projects.Coordinating and managing external resources.Manage the project lifecycle including capital approval, maintaining accurate financial data including spend and forecast and project closure.Manage construction activities and overseeing commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental standardsThe ideal candidate will have a background being either a hands-on Electrical, Mechanical OR Process Engineer, that is moved into managing projects daily.
Additionally, having a background within Packaging, is highly advantageous.Interviews to take place on Thursday and Friday morning.
