What you'll be doing: Leading new product development projects from concept through to launch.
Working collaboratively with customers to develop tailor-made solutions.
Researching trends and bringing new, innovative ideas to the table.
Managing trials, ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Presenting ideas and prototypes to both internal stakeholders and customers .
What we're looking for: A strong passion for food innovation .
Experience in a food manufacturing or NPD environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and presentations.
