Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Estate Technician   West Bromwich   £23,890 - £25,147 per year   40 hours per week   We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our well-established Voids Team based in West Bromwich.
You will be part of a small team, primarily lone working on the clearing and then cleaning of empty properties on our sheltered and general needs services as well as completing ad-hoc duties such as removal of fly-tipping and gutter cleaning.
The role of Estate Technician will include: Assisting with general cleaning and clearing of void properties Completing ad-hoc work orders which may include cleaning of gutters and removal of fly tipping from our schemes Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work   Skills and experiences: Working knowledge and experience of undertaking grounds maintenance, caretaking, general cleaning and basic repairs duties Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills This role will involve driving on company business.
