Teaching Personnel are seeking an SEN Learning Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in Birmingham, working with learners in the specialist provision unit.

Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to students with SEN to enhance their learning experience.
Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Mentor students to boost their confidence and independence.
Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
Collaborate with staff to implement individualized learning plans.
Requirements: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
