Physics Teacher Sought for Reputable Secondary School in Birmingham We are pleased to partner with a well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham in their search for a dynamic and highly qualified Physics Teacher.
This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds and cultivate a passion for science.
Position Overview The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Physics curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You will play a vital role in fostering students' scientific curiosity, critical thinking skills, and understanding of the fundamental principles of Physics.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver stimulating lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and celebrates student achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department to enhance the overall science program and contribute to extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Demonstrated experience teaching Physics at the secondary level.
A strong understanding of Physics concepts and principles.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting experiments.
