This company is expanding its team due to securing a new contract in West Essex, just 10 minutes outside the M25, and we're looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join this exciting project!
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in managing the cost and commercial aspects of a high-profile project, from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee cost management, contracts, and financial reporting for MEP packages • Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts • Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and change management • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure budget and timeline compliance • Provide accurate forecasting and financial controls • Support project delivery with a focus on quality and cost efficiency What's On Offer • Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates) • £5,000 Car Allowance + Vehicle Mileage • Pension & Overtime Salary Boost • Generous Annual Leave Allowance • Career Development & Training Opportunities This is also a freelance-friendly opportunity, so if you're a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking for flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!
