Senior Manager/Director - People & Change - Public Sector

Our client, a global consultancy, is seeking a Principal-level Management Consultant to lead and grow the Government & Public Sector area of their business.
This role offers the chance to collaborate with the Portfolio leader to shape and execute strategic plans for this key sector within one of the UK's most unique Management Consultancies.

Requirements: Proven leadership experience in management consulting or advisory services, with a focus on Government & Public Sector.
Strong ability to establish credibility, build collaboration, and develop business solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience driving account growth.
Demonstrated success in leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing senior-level client relationships.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, with a master's degree or certifications as an added bonus.
