Description Senior Maintenance TechnicianRuncorn hours, working a rotating shift pattern of: Week 1; Monday to Friday 6am-2:15pmWeek 2; Monday to Friday 2pm-10:15pmWeek 3; Monday to Friday 10pm-6:15am1 in 3 Sundays from 6am till 2pm We are seeking an experienced and qualified Technician to join our team at the Runcorn Depot.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing our mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Your responsibilities will encompass Planned Preventative Maintenance, swift resolution of system breakdowns, defect repairs, and the overall upkeep and optimization of our depot facilities and automation systems.
The heart of the role Maintenance of volume picking machinery through scheduled maintenance.
Engage and manage external contractors.
Immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment in accordance with the production hours.
Assisting and manage the delivery of Supply Chain technical projects.
In this role you will be required to stand and walk for most of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
What makes you tick Minimum recognised Level 3 engineering, electrical, or mechanical qualification.
Experience working within a maintenance department.
Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
Experience fault finding within a an electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.
