Senior Legal Counsel, Infra Fund, Part-Time, 7+

Our client is an alternative asset manager looking to appoint an experienced private equity/alternative funds lawyer to join its legal team in London on a 4-day week basis.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including: Product design/fund structuring and launches (including blind pool funds, single asset funds, managed accounts, co-investments, direct investments) of illiquid funds; Fund raising activities; Negotiating with a range of professional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension schemes, insurance schemes, family offices, high net worth individuals).
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, ideally made the move In-House to an infrastructure or private equity fund, and have a minimum of 5 years' PQE advising on sustainability infrastructure such as Forestry, Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate.
