Senior Legal Counsel - Dispute Resolution Position: Senior Legal Counsel - Dispute Resolution Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Remote (with occasional ad hoc travel to the office) Salary: base salary up to £100,000 per annum, plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specialising in Dispute Resolution to join their team.
This is a flexible, remote role with ad hoc travel to the offices required.
Applicants will be UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of eight years PQE in managing complex commercial disputes and litigation.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Disputes & Litigation: Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and general commercial disputes.
Data Protection Disputes: Advise on data protection-related disputes, providing guidance for compliance and resolution.
Debt Recovery & Claims Management: Oversee debt recovery initiatives and claims, ensuring effective risk mitigation.
External Counsel Management: Collaborate with panel firms and outside counsel to align with the company's legal strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the business, communicating complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
Requirements: UK Qualified Solicitor with 8 plus years PQE in Dispute Resolution, with an In-House or Private Practice background.
Proven expertise in general commercial disputes ideally having handled contract disputes, data protection issues, debt recovery, and claims management.
Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a personable approach.
Additional Advantage: Commercial Contracts: Any experience in general commercial contracts in the technology sector would be highly beneficial.
