Senior Lawyer (Energy Projects)

Our client, a highly regarded leading law firm within renewables, is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Projects team in their London office owing to the adoption of decarbonisation as one of the themes underpinning their strategy of transformation.
You will have a particular focus on the renewable energy sector but will also be involved in a variety of infrastructure projects and transactions.

The Role: The Projects team covers the full project lifecycle from initial project set-up/acquisition to project development, financing, operations, and exit.
Their wide breadth of technologies includes solar, wind, storage, biomass, energy-from-waste, green hydrogen, and electric vehicle charging.
In addition to energy, the Projects team is also active in the infrastructure sector and has particular expertise in education, universities, healthcare, rail, roads, airports, and related transport infrastructure.
