Providing proactive HR guidance with a focus on change management, organisational development, and employee relations.
Acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, helping managers navigate complex HR challenges.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective virtual HR support that aligns with Jewish Care's strategic goals.
Leading on key projects such as re-organisations, redundancies, and culture shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with employment law.
Managing employee relations cases, including performance, disciplinary, grievance issues, and supporting managers with pragmatic, solution-based advice.
Preparing documentation and bundles for Employment Tribunals (ET1/ET3) and working effectively within unionised environments.What We're Looking For: CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in casework.
Proven experience leading two or more rounds of organisational change.
Expertise in handling a wide range of HR issues, including redundancy, consultations, safeguarding, and dismissals.
Experience in a multi-site, unionised environment with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.What We Offer: This is a full-time, fixed-term role for up to 12 months.
You'll need access to a vehicle as travel across our various sites is required.
