Senior Hr Advisor

This is a 15-month maternity cover contract.

Your new role Working in a team of 4, you will be providing HR advice to a headcount of around 200 in the central London office. You will deliver HR Generalist advice to managers and employees across your business area covering the full employee life cycle. You will ensure that all cyclical activities are delivered and continuously look to improve processes and deliver a sound advisory service.

You will already be operating as an HR Advisor and have experience of the full recruitment process. Considerable knowledge of the payroll process is also required.
