Senior Dental Nurse

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has advanced skills, can treat and manage complex cancer patients in an in-patient environment and who is confident to challenge current practice and ensure that our patients receive up-to-date evidence-based treatments.You will be naturally empathetic, demonstrating good communication skills to facilitate close working relationships with both service users and staff.
You will need to be creative and flexible to meet the changing needs of the caseload and service.
You will demonstrate leadership qualities and take an active interest in the teaching and development of others.
The role will also include profession specific supervision to the Occupational Therapist working in the Oncology Outpatient Team.You will manage your own caseload, alongside overseeing the workload of the other team members There will be a commitment to 1:4 weekend working + 2 bank holiday throughout a year.
