Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
6-8 years PQE in a Corporate team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent commercial judgment.
Proven experience managing complex corporate transactions, including due diligence and disclosure processes.
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in business development initiatives.
