The Senior Asbestos Lawyer will be a highly motivated Lawyer who is a specialist in handling mesothelioma claims.
The successful candidate will run a high value multi-track caseload and will be able to deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview to trial, including cases issued in the High Court.
The Senior Asbestos Lawyer will be dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process and must have demonstrable experience of carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements, preparing and attending conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
Outstanding benefits and competitive salary to £73,500.
