Learning Support Assistants (LSA) Location: Northampton Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Contract: Temporary to Permanent (via Teaching Personnel) Start Date: January 2025 We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team at a Primary School in Northampton, which caters for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all our students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with additional needs in their learning and development.
Assist in delivering tailored educational plans to meet individual needs.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning experience.
Encourage independence and promote self-confidence in pupils.
Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with SEND (Essential).
Previous experience within an educational setting (Desirable but not essential).
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a passion for supporting children's learning.
