As Reward & Benefits Manager you will manage, and be supported by, a senior Reward Analyst and a HRIS/HR Analytics specialist - so it is important you have experience managing, mentoring and supporting the growth of a team.
This is a really broad role covering predominantly the Compensation & Benefits strategy and delivery for their UK population, but also overseeing and being a real champion for the People Analytics side, and supporting the Global Mobility program acting as a liaison for the external providers.

What they are looking for is an experienced Reward Analyst/Manager with demonstrable experience line managing as well as working in a broad, total reward role and a real desire to work in such a varied role.
Experience working with incentive design and drafting papers for RemCo are also required.
Working hybrid (3 days in the office) at this global property company, you will report directly to their London HRD but work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, and with the global Reward team.
This exciting role is a mix of reward business partnering with key stakeholders across the UK, and reward and benefits operations and strategy across the UK population.
Key responsibilities will include; Providing full support for UK Reward including drafting the Executive and RemCo papers.
Support the London HRD and HRBPs to deliver effective reward and benefits policies and programmes in line with business goals and objectives.
Oversight of the UK benefits including contract management, the renewal processes, and promotion of benefits to employees.
Owning and managing the pay review and bonus process, providing support, training, and producing relevant documentation.
Design and review of the current bonus schemes including STIP and LTIPs to ensure that they remain competitive and innovative Manage, mentor, and develop members of your team.
In addition to the competitive base salary and excellent benefits they have superb non-contributory pension scheme and car allowance, taking the total compensation for this role to c£100k.
