What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven track record in retail and/or ecommerce, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share insights with teams and stakeholders.
