The Finance function plays a pivotal role in delivering value to the business.
We have now embarked upon a global Finance transformation programme to deliver an ambitious new Finance vision.The programme includes multiple global projects that will implement new technologies, leverage data to deliver better insight, ensure compliance with new regulations and drive cultural change through streamlining processes and new ways of working.We're looking for a seasoned business analyst who is able to work with our finance teams to help refine our processes and to drive change.
This role focussed more on process optimisation and less on technology implementation.ResponsibilitiesThe focus of this role is work hand-in-hand with the Finance user community to design and implement more efficient and effective processes across Group and with the Local Market Units.
Responsibilities include:Understand and map existing processes e.g.
FP&A, statutory and regulatory reporting, Treasury etc.Work with stakeholders to determine 'pain points' and to prioritise improvement opportunities.Design efficient and effective process flows, leveraging technology where appropriate.Support the resolution of data challenges by clarifying reporting outputs and data needs.Work with technology teams where required to support the documentation of user requirements.Support the development of test plans and work closely with users to support UAT.Document clear procedures and support the delivery of change & communication material.Qualifications, Training and ExperienceMin 5 years-experience of working in Finance functions of complex global organisations to develop a good understanding of core Finance processes.Experience in process optimisation and the use of appropriate mapping tools.The ability to quickly capture 'pain-points' and identify improvement opportunities using proven methodologies i.e.
Lean Six Sigma.Excellent communication (written and verbal) able to explain and document solutions to complex issues in a way that stakeholders can easily understand.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple projects concurrentlyBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
