Retail Assistant

Job Advertisement: Retail Assistant Position: Retail Assistant Duration: Long term We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our client's team for a short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities: Support the shop management team in daily operations.
Drive and exceed sales targets.
Supervise volunteers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to represent our client on the high street.
Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours as needed.
Manual handling and computer skills.
Ability to manage difficult or challenging customers.
Willingness to work in cramped conditions occasionally.
Note: This is a long term position with a varied working pattern, including regular weekend shifts.
