Restructuring Lawyer 3+ To £££This dynamic City firm with a highly regarded restructuring/insolvency department is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team.
The position will focus on transactional, high-value and complex restructuring and advisory work, with an emphasis on debt restructuring and distressed debt aspects.
Experience of finance agreements, security and intercreditor arrangements in a distressed context would be advantageous.
Clients include all UK clearing banks and other specialist lenders and sectors including financial services, real estate, retail and education.
The team also advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround.
